Artist’s Statement: Imaginary architectonic landscapes of overlapped structures and fragments that reflect the construction process of individual and social codes as a chaotic conglomerate and a harmonious disorder. Cities are a text about ourselves. We construct urban spaces but these constructs us as well. I'm interested upon the dialectic relationships between space configurations and human behavior. The struggle for survival and power is embedded significantly in urban spaces. Resulting into every time more intricate, aggressive and hysterical environments; where everything happens but nothing occurs. By overlapping fragments from sometimes decayed structures, which contain an accidental and spontaneous aesthetic, I create a complex conglomerate of layers that transfigures into abstract fractal led textures.
